Returns and Gift Credits
- If you receive an item and wish to return it, you will be eligible to receive a gift credit for the item's value. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate and mail it to you.
- In cases where the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
