Should you order a service from us and you decide to cancel in the middle of the work, when we've already dispense resources, it's only fair that we implement these safeguards for our team.

1. We will always confirm and reconfirm your decisions to proceed before we get started.
2. After we begin, you will have 4 hours to cancel your order and request a refund.
3. If you request a refund and more than 4 hours have past, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, no refund, or a substitute refund of a product or service, depending on the work that has already been completed.
4. All our work comes with proof of the progress we are making or have completed of your requested service.

Standard Prices and Policy
We provide services in the following categories. Please note that prices are subject to change at anytime and without notice. Each package comes with unlimited revisions. We won’t stop until you are satisfied. Prices can be tailored to fit your specific needs. We provide in-kind services to help those who cannot afford it.

If you need your work to be completed on a specific deadline, please contact us in advance 3-5 days prior. An extra fee will be added on work that needs to be expedited.

Payment Gateway
Our standard payment through invoice will come from Paypal.com where you will have the option to pay using your Paypal account or any of the major credit cards available. We may also choose to pay using your $Cashapp account. All of our payment gateways are SSL Trusted and Secure. Appointments and Invoices
Due to our workload, we request that you contact us first to make your inquiries. We will send you a quote by invoice where you will have the opportunity to accept, make changes or reject it, if you wish to edit or you do not agree.

By your agreement and acknowledgement of the invoice, will serve as a legal and binding obligation to pay the amount due (if partial payment plan applies). We cannot release (or publish) your final work unless and until $80-$90% of your payment is received. This however can be negotiated based upon certain situations.

Company Integrity
All business, communication, and payments conducted by and through our company KVI Network Creations, LLC | KnightVision.Ink should remain within the confines of our domain only. We have set up an internal secure communicator/messenger system where you can speak with the seller(s) working on your project directly. No conversations or payments are to be made outside of KVI Network Creations without the written permission of the Founder only. Additional payment options can be tailored to your needs.
