**About Our Refunds**

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. We also cannot accept returns for intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

**Additional Non-Returnable Items:**

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Select health and personal care items

For a successful return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer. Partial refunds may apply in specific cases:

• Items showing obvious signs of use
• Opened items such as CDs, DVDs, software, and more
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

**Refunds (if applicable)**

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)**

If you haven’t received your refund, please double-check your bank or credit card account and contact your financial institution. There might be a processing delay before the refund is posted. If issues persist, please reach out to us.

**Sale Items (if applicable)**

Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

**Exchanges (if applicable)**

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email Customer Support for Exchanges. Send the item to: 7726 Winegard Rd, 2nd Floor #278, Orlando FL 32809.

**Gifts**

If the purchased item was marked as a gift and directly shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon returning it. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver for later delivery, the gift giver will receive the refund.

**Shipping**

To return your product, mail it to: 7726 Winegard Rd, 2nd Floor #278, Orlando FL 32809. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location.
