Moonlit Dreams

Under the moonlit sky so wide,
I find hope where hearts reside.
Stars above, a celestial sea,
Reflecting all that's meant to be.

In the quiet, I hear my voice,
A whispered prayer, my heartfelt choice.
Letting go of fears in the night,
Finding peace in the moon's soft light.

The world is full of wonder and might,
Where dreams and magic take flight.
Let moonbeams guide us on our way,
And stars' whispers fill each new day.

But as dawn breaks and night recedes,
I remember the love that still leads.
A father, a dreamer, an ex-Marine,
In every moonbeam, my past is seen.
